Our Circles serve as the center of activity for Presbyterian Women. Circles are small groups of women that meet monthly either in members' homes or at the Parish House for a time of sharing, study and service work. Circles also spearhead our involvement, providing volunteer support to various local mission programs. In addition to the Circles, we offer a book club that meets monthly to discuss recent works and a Lenten Bible study. Our Circles take turns each month providing birthday cards, and every circle provides home-made cookies or bundt/pound cakes (no nuts of gooey icing, please, but chocolate is a favorite) as a treat for the residents of Morris View. Baked goods, labeled for Morris View, should be delivered to the Parish House kitchen by 11:00 a.m. the second Wednesday of the month.
Our Circles hold a Bazaar each October that supports the group’s mission work. The Annual Bazaar includes a silent auction of themed gift baskets, along with antiques, jewelry, children’s toys and more. There is free admission on the Saturday of the bazaar and a preview party (donation requested) on Friday night.
