Confirmation
Confirmation is available to students in 9th grade and older. The experience of Confirmation allows students to serve in the church, build a relationship with a mentor, attend worship on a regular basis and meet for classes to explore the basics of the Christian faith and what it means to be Presbyterian. Confirmands attend a service weekend in New York City sponsored by the Center for Student Missions. Contact Angie Rines, our Youth Director, for more information.
Confirmation Class meets throughout the winter and spring, with dates and times determined in part by the students involved in Confirmation. The program culminates with a Confirmation Dinner in May. The Confirmands are recognized at our annual Youth Sunday service at 10 a.m., also in May.
Confirmation will be meeting this year on Sundays from 7-8pm in the Youth Room.
