Sayre,  Samuel--31/68--Husband of Sally Sayre,  interred 13 May 1833,  age 62. [Ed. Note:  CR21 show Samuel Sayre & his Wife Sally "both murdered"  13 May 1833,  he age 62 and she age 55.  Murdered at the same time was the Sayre's maid Phebe.  See Sayre,  Phebe.  The murderer,  Antoine LeBlanc was caught a day or two later.  He was tried and convicted.  His hanging,  the last public hanging on "The Green," is said to have been attended by over 10,000 people].

See Schenck,  Harriet Meriam.  CR211 also show Seth Crowell Schenck was father of two i.e.,  Eliza Augusta and Mary Phebe. Dates associated with these two children suggest that they were born in the 1820s.  Seth Crowell Schenck was Dismissed to Georgia 19 Apr 1815.  It is possible that Charles was not listed in The Combined Registers because he died young and the family was living in Georgia for his entire life].
