Lenten Devotional

During the holy season of Lent, the Evangelism and Membership Committee encourages everyone to engage in daily prayer.  Annually, the Committee prepares a devotional consisting of Bible readings and prayers for each day of Lent (40 days between Ash Wednesday and Easter, excluding Sundays).  This devotional can guide you in prayer anytime, not just during Lent.

This year, 2013, join in a journey of prayer, fasting and self-examination in preparation for the celebration of the resurrection of the Lord at Easter.  Please set aside time each day to read the daily Bible passages and prayers, consider participating in the recommended Lenten activities; and reflect on "defining moments" that you can share.
