Project Hope

PCM's Project Hope supports the work of Foundation for Peace in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Ongoing projects, in partnership with local communities, serve the needs of those living in extreme poverty through the building of churches, schools, water supply systems and medical clinics. Project Hope gathers items of critical need - from cars and furniture to vitamins, clothing and notebooks - and ships them to Haiti and the DR.

Caregiver Kits & School Supplies

Project Hope began, in the spring of 2012, with a church-wide collection of HIV/AIDS caregiver kits and backpacks filled with school supplies. Volunteer home health care workers visit families with HIV/AIDS and children living in Mathare North where FFP is building a church and supports the ByGrace Children’s Home.

In 2013, Project Hope collected school supplies and multivitamins for children and adults in Kenya. Furniture, vehicles and school supplies were collected and shipped to Kenya and the DR.
