    Room set-up forms can be downloaded and filled out according to the needs of your group. You can scan your completed form and email it to Jamie Barnette, Business Administrator, or bring/mail it to the church office, 65 South Street, Morristown, NJ 07960.  The first file provides directions for filling out the forms.
