This ministry offers care and support to those serving overseas and to soldiers who have recently returned home to New Jersey.
Letters Overseas
Our service men and women serving overseas love getting mail, so the Military Ministry is sponsoring a letter-writing campaign. The Outreach Committee will provide cards, paper and pens for people to write notes of appreciation and encouragement. If you prefer, you can write something out at home and drop it off at the church office. We will make sure everything gets delivered. Any questions, contact Daria.
Please continue to write letters throughout the year and bring/mail them to the church office. We will deliver them to our service men and women.
Other Plans of Support
Future endeavors under consideration are sending care packages overseas and making hospital visits to lonely veterans at Lyons Veterans Hospital.
