Part 2 – How to log into Breeze!

Okay, so now we know what Breeze is and how adding a photo (or two) makes it more useful as a directory. But how do we access it?

There are several ways to get into Breeze. One way is through the church website – go to the home page at and click on “Breeze Log-in” in the “Shortcuts” section. A second way is to navigate directly to the PCM’s Breeze website, There’s also a mobile app for Breeze (search for “breeze chms”), available for both Apple and Android. Once installed, enter Church ID “pcm” to access our church’s information.

If you’re wondering whether you need a Username and password for Breeze, the answer is “yes”. Your Username is the email address that the church office has on file for you. The easiest way to establish or reset your password is to click on “forgot password” and follow the instructions. Your ID and password will work regardless of how you choose to access the system.

Now that we’re “in”, we’ll talk about how we can use Breeze in our next installment!

Part 1 – Give Us Your Best Shot!

Ever heard of Breeze?

Many of you have – you’ve used it to pay your Pledge or make a donation. Some of you may have used it to look up a member’s contact information. For those of you who don’t know, Breeze is our Church Management System used to track membership and contact information, contributions, attendance, mailing lists – all kinds of information!

All members of the congregation can have access to Breeze to make financial contributions, to look up other members’ contact information and to update portions of their own listings, including contact information and their PHOTOS! Currently, there are many directory listings without a photo. As we make plans to see each other in person in the not-too-distant future, wouldn’t it be nice to be able to match a face with a name, or a name with a face? Breeze can help us do that.

The Community and Membership and the Communications Committees are co-sponsoring a “Give Us Your Best Shot” drive to get Breeze updated to be a more useful directory. We encourage each member to send individual and/or family photos (landscape view preferably) to Jenny Tooley () so the photos can be added to Breeze. If you can access Breeze now, you can add it yourself!

Want to learn more? Over the next month or so, we plan to include mini Breeze updates in selected issues of Churchmail. Don’t worry if you miss one – we’ll also have a blog on the website where you can find all of the updates in one place.

In the meantime, say “Cheese” and give us your best shot!
