The Deacons will host a Fall Seminar on Caregiver Health: “Finding a Balance with” Rebecca Abenante of the Healthy Aging Program at Atlantic Health System on Monday, October 18 at 7pm via Zoom.

This seminar, presented by Rebecca Abenante of the Healthy Aging Program at Atlantic Health System, will address the fact that caregivers are so often focused on others’ needs that they aren’t good at taking care of their own needs.
