This month’s recipe will be Stuffed Cabbage (Halupki)!

This is the 7th episode of our cooking party series sponsored by the DCMC.  The Halupki recipe will be demonstrated by Beth Yurkosky Bachmann, a member of the DCMC who also enjoys playing and listening to a great variety of music.  You can be sure she will be bringing some musical surprises along with her.  The class encourages participation for adults, families and children. Cooking is optional!

Resurrection Rolls and Granola Parfaits, a free virtual cooking class. This recipe will be demonstrated by Nancy Kofford, a member of the DCMC who enjoys cooking along with the family. The event will be about 45 minutes and there will be a moderator so that everyone can ask questions and follow along at home. The class encourages participation for adults, families and children.

Free Cooking Class- Chinese Style!

Making Dumplings in celebration of Chinese New Year.

Each month the Diversity Coalition of Morris County will feature a different cultural recipe demonstrated by friends and members of the DCMC food committee. The event will be about 45 minutes and there will be a moderator so that everyone can ask questions and follow along at home. After you RSVP, you will receive (1) a list of ingredients necessary for participation in the virtual cooking class and (2) a Zoom Link that will give you access to the live event on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 4PM. We encourage everyone to obtain the necessary ingredients beforehand and have them prepared in your kitchen before the class begins.

The class is free but registration is required.

Virtual Cooking Class -German Style!

Join us in a virtual cooking class and follow along with Chef Bill Leahy as he leads us in trying our hand at German cuisine in keeping with our theme of learning international techniques.

You provide your own ingredients. Bill will provide the recipes and online demonstration.

Jan’s Closet will be open to the public at the Parish House with an assortment of new and gently used clothes for men, women and children.
